The Mood Disorders Association of BC (MDABC) is a nonprofit organization that provides treatment, support, education, and hope of recovery for people living with a mood disorder.

The Counselling and Wellness Centre at MDABC exists to inspire and support people who wish to cultivate a calm mind, a resilient spirit, and a renewed sense of wellbeing. No matter what is troubling you, our compassionate, highly-trained counselors and educators are here to work with you to find solutions and bring meaningful change to your own life. Our counsellors embrace the Bio-Psycho-Social-Spiritual modality approach for therapy. Please note that you do not need to have a diagnosis of a mood disorder or other mental illness to access our counselling services.
