Hi there, my name is Amrin and I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and a Registered Social Worker. Please feel free to look at my website to learn more about me.
My approach with each person is as unique as the individual. I have a natural ability to connect with people, and to empathize with them. I strive to work collaboratively with you in order to achieve the most positive and maximum results. My hope is to provide you with the education, skills, tools and insights in order to empower you to live your life to the fullest. I believe in holistic treatment – emotional, cognitive, physical and spiritual.

I am trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotion Focussed Therapy (EFT), mindfulness, and I am trauma informed. I have a certificate in Expressive Therapies, am a Critical Incident First Responder and am completing my level 1 & 2 in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I have training and experience in art and traditional talk therapies.
