Summary

My approach is client centered, that comes from a nonjudgmental place. I have vast experience working with clients, drawing from and using a number of different therapeutic tools to support my clients to find a their path in life. I work with 2S/LGBTQ+ based in the Okanagan and offer online counselling.

My areas of specialties are anxiety, addiction and grief. I have experience working with a variety of clients including: brain injury, concussion, relationship struggles, depression, Men’s Issues, Anger Management, Emotional Disturbance, trauma and more.
