I am a Trauma Therapist and EMDR practitioner and have devoted my practice to working holistically with those who wish to free themselves from the grips of past pain and return to states of flow and empowerment.

Trauma overwhelms the mind and the body, and can block access to presence and authenticity. I offer EMDR Therapy to clear up nervous system blocks so that safety, ease, creativity and ultimately freedom may be accessed.
