Offers grief counselling, stress counselling, mental health, anger management, substance use and addictions, trauma counselling, body image, parenting support, couples counselling, family conflict, intimate partner violence support.

Services are provided by insured and highly qualified, fully supervised Registered Clinical Counsellors, Registered Social Workers with Masters Degrees, and interns from accredited Counselling Psychology or Social Work programs (Degree and/or Diploma programs). Services are intended for those who cannot afford typical private therapy rates and are not eligible for public services, or face long waits for such services. We can provide online or telephone services to anyone in the province.
