The Grounding Stone is a queer-owned counselling center and community space that strives to provide counselling services and workshops to the community facilitated by a diverse group of counsellors.

The Grounding Stone is located at 5446 Victoria Drive in East Vancouver. We are grateful to have 4 counselling rooms, each with their own energy and style, and a Gathering Space, where folks are welcome to join for workshops and groups.

We understand that historically and currently BIPOC Folks have been, and are denied access to care. For this reason, if you identify yourself to us as Black, Indigenous or as a Person of Color, your referral will be prioritized whenever possible.

We are offering phone and online counselling in response to the urge for social distancing in order to contribute what we can to slowing the spread of the COVID-19 Virus. We believe that it is important to be proactive in this way so that more vulnerable folks are more able to access care in Vancouver.
