Hi! I am Lauren (they/she).

Together we will collaborate to create a customized plan that meets your counselling goals and needs. My approach is empathic, straight-forward, and I like to use humor where appropriate. I have an eclectic approach where we focus on both your internal world: how you feel, think, and your emotions as well as your external world: your people and community, what's going on around you, and society.

It's important you find a counsellor that is the right fit for you. I have experience supporting members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community the past 5+ years. My practice often involves supporting folks with anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships, self-awareness/attunement/compassion/esteem, identity, and trauma.

I look forward to meeting you!
