Offers counselling to adults, adolescents 13+, couples and groups. Areas of specialization include resilience and healing from trauma, including PTSD and complex trauma; queer and trans positive counselling; hormone assessments for transgender and nonbinary clients; living with chronic pain and disability; depression and anxiety; grief and loss; relationship counselling; and sexuality and sexual health.

I dedicate a portion of my practice for sliding scale and lower cost spaces for clients with significant financial barriers who are also experiencing challenges accessing qualified counselling. This includes queer and trans people who are also Indigenous or people of colour, people living with chronic pain, illness or disability, and new immigrants or refugees. I am currently fully booked for lower cost spaces, but do have a limited number of sliding scale spaces available for people seeking hormone or surgical readiness assessments.
